Some frequently asked questions (FAQ):
Q: Why do you sell your products so cheap?
A: By selling online, we are able to keep the expenses to minimum. By selling directly to the buyers, we only pay for the postage once. By keeping the price low, we encourage our buyers to shop with us more frequently and to recommend us to their friends and family.
Q: Your DVDs are all Region 0. Does it mean that they are pirated/bootleg/illegal?
A: No. Many movies from Asia (India, Japan, etc.) are released in Region 0, because (traditionally) it's easier to sell them to Americans that way and America has a huge audience. There is some confusion because some discs are labelled Region 3 on the cover but are actually Region 0, and are not bootlegs. Most of our DVDs are Region 0 (also known as Region free). This does not make them illegal. We only sell officially licensed products.
Q: Do you do wholesale/dropship?
A: Yes and yes. Please email us for more information. We would be delighted to work with you.
Q: My invoice address is different from the delivery address. They are also different from my paypal address. Which one do you use?
A: We always use the delivery address that you entered when you placed the order in our store. Please email us if you need to change it or if you need to tell us about any special arrangements. We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payment by all major Credit Cards (via PayPal payment gateway) and PayPal account .
If you don't have a PayPal account and you prefer to pay by a credit card, please choose PayPal at check out. When you arrive at the check out page, scroll down the page, you will see the option to pay by credit card. You don't need a PayPal account to use their gateway.
Q: How much do you charge to deliver my order?
A: You probably would agree with us that it is very frustrating to find a huge delivery charge at the very last step of the check out, having spent ages looking for products online! We want to make your experience with us a different one - it should be pleasant and straight forward! There is no 'hidden' charges on this site. The price you see is the price you pay. Everything is delivered for free, no matter where you are.
Q: How long does it take for my order to reach me?
A: We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of your payment. At times there are orders dispatched in less than 24 hours due to the time difference. For example, you may have placed an order in the late evening which in fact is early morning in China. We would have processed your order before the sun rises in your part of the world.
With EMS service, the delivery from China to US, UK or Australia takes approximately 4 to 7 days. You can track your package online using EMS website and have a pretty good idea on when you will receive it. Orders that are below GBP27.00 or USD54.00 will be sent by International Registered Air Mail. This service usually takes 5 to 15 days.
For South Africa customers, we will usd DHL instead. Please note that DHL is more expensive than EMS. There may be an additional charge to cover the extra cost. Please email us with the titles you require so we can send you the total price.
Q: Is it illegal to purchase other region DVDs? My DVD player can play DVDs from around the world. Can I play foreign DVDs?
A: It is not illegal to purchase other region DVDs. If you go abroad on holiday or for business you are perfectly entitled to purchase other zone DVDs for your personal use back home.
Q: I am in US/Canada/Europe. Can I buy a DVD over the Internet?
You are allowed to purchase overseas DVDs. For example, it is not an offence to access a Chinese based website and purchase the product online, as long as the product is for your personal use, and is not re-sold.
